The numerous and unnecessary occurrences of [Transcriber's note pages x and y are missing from source book] are rampant throughout this book and usually at key moments in the stories. As expected with a collection in this price range, most of the items are available through the Gutenberg Project for free, and yet those free versions contain the "missing" text, and the lovely illustrations of the original books. A very big disappointment. |
